Terms and conditions 


All clients will need to have an initial assessment face to face. ID and address will need to be confirmed via a registered document. This will only be used for the initial assessment. Under GDPR we will not hold or use this information for any other use.

A contract is set up between client and therapist before therapy is undertaken, again this is all confidential. 



All sessions will last between 50 minutes. 

A report will be emailed at the end of each session. 

Bookings and payment


All sessions will need to be paid in full prior to the session starting. This can be done via bacs(bank transfer). This will need to be done 24 hours in advance of the booking. 

Bacs details can be emailed on request. 



Any booking which is to be cancelled, needs to be done so at least 24 hours before the booking is due to start. Any cancellation made in less than 24 hours will still be chargeable and non refundable.
